Tindo Walara-475G4P-BL 475W Australian Made

The Tindo Walara-475G4P-BL is a 475 watt all-black solar panel designed and manufactured in Adelaide, South Australia. It is the Australian-made option in our range, built by a local team with local service, warranty and technical support behind it.

The Walara G4P uses N-type TOPCon cells, 120 half cells with 16 busbars, for a module efficiency of 21.9 percent and a positive power tolerance of 0 to +5 watts, so every panel delivers at least its rated output. A low temperature coefficient of minus 0.3 percent per degree helps it hold output through hot Bendigo summers.

It is built to last. The 35 millimetre no cut-back frame limits flex to protect the cells from micro-cracking, the front is 3.2 millimetre fully tempered double anti-reflective glass, and the junction box is IP68 rated with three bypass diodes. Every panel passes seven quality checkpoints in the factory, and the module is cyclone tested. The panel measures 1910 by 1133 by 35 millimetres and weighs 23.5 kilograms.

The all-black finish, with black cells, black frame and black backsheet, sits cleanly on the roof and suits homes where looks matter. It is also bifacial, so it can pick up reflected light from the rear on suitable mounts.

Tindo backs the Walara with a 25 year product warranty and a 25 year performance warranty guaranteeing at least 87.4 percent of rated output in year 25, both handled by Tindo's own warranty team in Australia. If buying Australian made matters to you, this is the panel to ask us about.
